An enhanced control strategy based imaginary swapping instant for induction motor drives

<p>The main aim of this paper is to present a novel control approach an induction machine (IM) using improved space vector modulation based direct torque (SVM-DTC) on the basis imaginary swapping instant technique. The strategy presented surmount drawbacks classical (DTC) and enhance dynamic performance motor. This method requires neither angle identification nor sector determination; used fix effective period in which power transferred IM. Both DTC suggested adaptive techniques have been carried out MATLAB/SimulinkTM. Simulation results shows effectiveness enhanced demonstrate that flux ripples are massively diminished compared conventional (CDTC) gives better performance. Finally, system will also be tested for its robustness against variations IM parameters.</p>
